MR. ROBERTSON PROMOTED*

HAMILTON, Sunday Mr. James Hopo Robertson, officipl assignee at Hamilton, has been promoted to the position of official assignee in Christj church. Sir. Robertson joined the Civil Service in 1911, and after filling positions in tho Lands and Survey Department, iit Auckland, Wellington and afterwards ivti New Plymouth and Dunedin as district} accountant, ho was appointed -accountant! in the official assignee's office in Auoki land in 1924. He was afterwards chic! clerk in the Auckland office and in 1927 was appointed official assignee for Hamilton Supreme Court district.
