A DELICIOUS OMELETTE.

Two tablespoonfuls corned beef, minced finely, two eggs, ono tablespoonful milk, salt and pepper, loz. butter. Beat the eggs and milk thoroughly, add pepper and salt to taste. Melt- butter in pan, and when hot pour in the egg mixture. When nearly set add tho corned beef. Fold top and bottom edges over and shape into an oval. Turn on a hot dish and servo at once.
