APPLE SALAD.
Hollow out tlio centre of a mellow eating apple, leaving just a firm cup to hold a salad mado from a piece of the white heart of celery shredded finely with an equal quantity of shredded apple. Mix with a littlo salad dressing, fill the apple with this and place it on young lettuce leaves.
