A BLUE SATIN KIMONO.
AND A LITTLE PRINCESS.
Princess Elizabeth loves colour, and sho is plentifully supplied with it by lior fond uncles. The Duke of Gloucester brought her a delightful nursery rug all the way from Japan, says a writer: it tolls tho story of Red Hiding Hood in vivid colours on a brown ground. He also produced a little bluo satin kimono, in which I expect I'rincoss Elizabeth will spend her last ten minutes before going to bed in the evenings this autumn. Both these gifts were, of course, accepted with squeals of delight. Tho kimono, by tho way, is embroidered with special sprays of pink blossoms, which aro supposed to be worn only by aristocratic ladies in that land of aristocrats.
