The Methodist City Missioner, Rov. C. G. Scrinigeour, will speak on "Scandal" at tho popular motion picturo service, in the Strand Theutro to-morrow evening. Tho pictorial section of the service will include tho film "East Lynne." The Flonzal.oz vocal quartette will give items and tho singing will bo led by "Uncle Tom" of IYA.
