Members will be At Homo to friends tomorrow, when a foursome competition will be played. Players will choose partners* and opponents, play to commence al 12.30 p.m. There will bo no competition for Saturday players.

After heavy rain overnight the course was in an extremely wet and sodden condition and golf of a high standard was impossible. To-day's results are:— First Round.—Miss Beadel beat Mrs. J. Wilson, 3 and 2: Miss McCormick beat Mrs. *<■ Knight, 3 and 2; Mrs. Weston beat Miss Brown. 2 up; Miss McCluro won by default from Miss Gambricll; Mrs. Collinson beat Miss Cracroft-Wilson, 2 up; Miss Ourystall beat Miss Barnett, 2 and 1; Miss Kutherford beat Miss Barnott, 2 and 1; Miss i Lulling beat Mrs. Collins, 1 up at tho 19tli. becond Itound.—Miss Chrystall beat Mrs. Collinson, i and 3: Miss Culling beat Miss Rutherford, 4 and 3; Miss Beadel beat Miss i McCormick, 5 and 4; Miss McClure beat !
