AUSTRALIA AND CANADA
United Service. GENEVA, Sept. 20, Australia and Canada have adhered to tho optional clauso of the International Court of Justice. Sir Granville Ryrio and Mr. Dandurand to-day signed tho clauso without ceremony. Reservations identical to those of tho other Empire signatories were made.
