LABOUR IN BELGIUM.
KEEPING OUT FOREIGNERS.
BILL TO BE INTRODUCED.
(Received September 22, 5.5 p.m.) Times Cable. LONDON, Sept. 21. Tho Brussels correspondent of the Times says a bill is shortly to bo introduced to prohibit foreign workmen entering Belgium unless they are coming to work at a trade in which there is a scarcity of labour.
More than 10 per cent, of tho workmen engaged in Belgium at present are foreigners, chiefly Poles and Italians.
