SEQUEL TO OPERATION.
DISCOVERY BY X-RAY.
Australian and N.Z. Press Association. LONDON. Sept. 10. A resident of Jersey, Channel Islands, Mrs. Do Croix, underwent an internal operation in London in 1923. Thereafter she suffered pains, which wore presumed to bo tho after-effects of tho operation. Latterly .the pains became so acute that she consulted a doctor. An X-ray examination was made and it revealed most clearly a pair of surgical scissors four inches in length.
