United Service. NEW YORK, Sept. 19. Mr. Julian Foster, United State? Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, speaking' before the Pafcific Foreign Trade Council at Seattle, said New Zealand possessed the greatest per capita wealth of any country. Slio bougiit 90 per cent, of her motor-cars from the United States because they were better hill-climbers than European machines.
