ARRANGEMENTS NOT COMPLETED.
(Received September' 20. 6.25 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Sept. 19. Tlie final arrangements for tho visit of tho Primo Minister, 'Mr. Mac Donald, to Washington in connection with the naval negotiations have not yet been completed. However, it is understood that he will be accompanied by his daughter Ishbel and by Lord Arnold, Paymaster-General, who is his close personal friend. It is oxpected that tho party also will include Mr. Mac Donald's privato secretary, Miss Rosenberg.
