ANNIVERSARY SERVICES.
The 76th anniversary of St. Matthew's Church will be celebrated to-morrow with special services. The Rev. Charles Chandler will preach in the morning, and the evening service will be conducted by the vicar, Canon C. H. Grant Cowen, who will make first public appearance since illness laid him aside two months ago,
