Goatlike, he butts tho solid wall Of Truth, with skull belligerent, And hopes, if not to see it fall, > At least to find a sort of dent. But yet the wall is very thick, And to tho challenge day by day The hard and unresponsive brick Returns an everlasting Nay. So I for one would rather be A sheep, and save an aching head, And keep away from masonry, And munch tho wholesome grass instead -"Observer, London.
