A JUVENILE EVENING.
A juvenile entertainment in aid of the Takapuna Mayoress' relief fund was given at tho Foresters' Hall at Takapuna last evening. The programme was arranged by the children of'the Milford Sounds orchestra and their friends. They conducted tho entertainment and produced a short play entitled "An Imaginary Invalid," with much success. Other items given were varied and well chosen, tho. orchestral selections being much appreciated. Tho children taking part were:—Sunday Mowbray, Betty Ivil, Tarleton Trafford, Selwyn Goldsbro', Beryl Griffin, Barbara Goodwin, Moira Mowbray, Komg. Warbrick, V. Mcßride, W. Kindred, B. Griffin, H. Mowday, Heather Mair, Varie Mcßride, Arthur Long, Bartlett Stevens, Mary Nathan, Winifred Kindred.
