INTERNATIONAL COURT.
SIGNING OPTIONAL CLAUSE.
DOMINIONS AGREE TO FORM,
Australian and N.Z. Press Association. GENEVA. Sept. 18. All the Empire delegates to the Assembly of the League, of Nations except the representative of tho Irish Free State are to sign tho optional clause of the International Court, in a form they have agreed upon,at a ceremony fixed for to-morrow. It is understood that tho form in question will limit their acceptance of the clause to 10 years and will include disputes between members of the i.British Empire, also those who fall within the jurisdiction of the Empire Conrtß.
