SECOND MACHINE WRECKED.

The second Jow-winged monoplane Specially built for Lieutenant Harold Bromley's proposed non-stop transpacific flight from Tacoma to Tokio was wrecked in a test flight to-day at Burbank, California. ' Lieutenant Bromley announces that he. will not make another attempt this year.
