ANNUAL MEETING HELD.

PONSONBY AND RICHMOND,

A conference of tho officers nnd committee representing tho Ponsonby and 'Richmond Cruising C'lubs will lie held in the Ponsonby Club's boatbouso this evening lor the DurPOPO of discussing the proposed amalgamation of these two clubs.
