SPRING MEETING.
The Waikato Trotting Club has fixed its spring meeting to be held at Claudelan.ds, Hamilton, on Saturday, October 12. The programme 4 o be brought oil comprises eight events showing Tmzc-nionoy to tho amount of £1530. Tho leading events are tho Mark Memorial Handicap of £l5O and cabinet of cutlery (two miles, limit 4.38), and the Stewards' Handicap of £2lO (1 mile, limit 2.19). From the programme, which will bo found published in full in another column, it will be seen that nominations for nil events does on Friday, September 27, at 5 p.m.. and tlio same may be lodged with tho secretary, Auckland Trotting Club, or with the secretary, Waikato Trotting Club, Hamilton.
