DEJECTED STOWAWAY.
FOUND ON DISCOVERY
BOY RETURNED TO CARDIFF
United Service. LONDON. Aug. 12. A stowaway, Leslie Rutton, of Cardiff, a messenger boy, aged 14, was discovered on the Mawson expedition's ship Discovery after she left Cardiff, and ho was landed at Barry today, with tears streaming down his face. Sutton was found tinder a tarpaulin, lie said he made up his mind to join the expedition, and told his employer he would not return, and he disappeared from his home. Frantic searches ended with the news that Sutton had been handed over to the Cardiff pilot.
