WOMEN'S INSTITUTE.
A meeting of the C.len Eden branch of the Women's Institute was held in Mrs. Game's rooms on Monday evening. Mrs. Dorman presided, and spoke on matters of interest to bo discussed at a meeting of the executive, to be hold shortly. She introduced Miss Ellis, of Henderson, who gave a most interesting demonstration of the art, of paper decoration, flowcrmaking, etc. This was much appreciated by the audience, and a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Miss Ellis. The hostesses for the evening were Mcsdames J. B. Miller and M. J. Edwards. After supper an amusing competition, " A Flower Wedding," was arranged bv Mrs. Claridge, the prize being won by Miss Joyce Hemming.
