NEW TITLE ANNOUNCED. (Received August 12, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Aug 11. Sir Robert Baden-Powell, founder of the Boy Scouts, on whom tho King recently conferred a peerage, stated yesterday at the world jamboree at Birkenhead that he had chosen the title of Lord Badeu-l'owell of Gillwell.
