The former British Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, arrived at Quebec to-day by the Empress of Australia, lie is to tour Canada and the United States. In the course of an interview lie said :
" So long as the Labour Government in Britain refrains from doing those things it promised to do there will be no objection to it holding office. But it must forget all the silly nonsense it Iris been talking for several years past."
