NEGLIGENCE NOT PROVED. Australian Press Association —United Service LONDON. Aug. 9. The court-martial acquitted Commander Oram of the Ll2, which sank submarine H 47. He was charged with contributing to the negligent navigation of his ship. There was some conflict regarding the message sent from the bridge to Commander Oram.
