The condition of durum wheat in four States was 56.7 per cent, of t! 0 normal, indicating a production th", vcar of 49,263,000 bushels, compared with' 93.000,000 in 1928. Tip indicated production of all wheat h estimated at 773,885,000 bushels in 1929, compared with flo2_.ooojooo in 1923.
