A message has been received by the chief telegraph engineer from " Little /'America," via the ship Eleanor Boiling, addressed to station 2YA, Wellington, ad- " /vising that the broadcast of the Maori programme was heard perfectly by the members of the Byrd Antarctic expedition, and returning sincere appreciation and thanks. When they return, says Commander Byrd, they may get the chance of thanking some of tho performers ■ in person.
