CHRISTCHURCH TAXIS.
Taxi-cab fares in Christchurcb may drop considerably in the near future, according lo a statement made by tho owner of one of tho largest taxi firms in Christchurcb. A now service has been operating for a week or two, cutting the present rates in some cases, and tho older companies may be forced to drop their faros.
