QUIBBLES.
Sir,—-I see Mr. Willis T. G. Aircy has instructed us that a man may bo impelled by his religious beliefs on a crusario "to burst the military system." True enough. But if our crusader gives as his first reason for his action that lie believes war is wholesale murder "at the bidding of politicians too inept to settle international disputes," would I be classed among the quibblers if I wrote that down as political claptrap? I write on tho subject because I am not so sure as Mr. Airev that the Hon. T. I\l. Wilford is our champion quibbler. Demos.
