SOUTHLAND FARMERS' TOUR
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] FALMERSTON NORTH, Saturday.
The Southland farmers who are touring tho North Island visited Palmerston North to-day. One party motored over the Kairanga and other farming areas and another was shown the grass research work of the Agricultural Department. Later the whole party was accorded a civic: reception. They went on this afternoon to Hawke's Bay.
