LEASE OF CASTLE.
ALLEGED CONTRAVENTION EARL ISSUES A WRIT.
LONDON, July 7
The Earl of Dudley, a former Gover-nor-General of Australia, has issued a writ against the Dudley Corporation, alleging that it contravened the condition of the 99 years' leaso of Dudley Castlo by granting the use of the grounds to the Labour Party to celebrate the return to Parliament of Mr. Oliver Baldwin, a son of Mr. Stanley Baldwin.
