ATTITUDE OF BRITAIN. DOMINIONS BEING • CONSULTED. British Wireless. RUGBY, July 11. In reply to a question in the House of Commons regarding tho signing of tho optional clause in connection with the Permanent Court of International Justice, Dr. Hugh Dalton, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, said the Government was in consultation with the Dominion Governments and tho Government of India on the subject.
