MacDONALD'S INTENTION
AMERICA IN SEPTEMBER

On (lie return from the Labour Congress at Geneva of Mr. .Tames Simpson, vice-president of the Canadian Trades and Labour Congress, he stated that lie had interviewed the British Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, in London. The latter said he expected to visit the United States and Canada in September to hold separate conferences with Mr. Hoover and Mr. \Y. L. Mackenzie King on naval disarmament.
