CLAIM BY FARMER.
ALLEGED WRONGFUL SEIZURE
The hearing of tho claim by Ernest Cartier, farmer, Awakeri (Mr. Milne), against Harold Bart Tucker, store manager, Whakatano (Mr. McVeagh and Mr.
Bailey), for £2424, for alleged wrongful seizuro of farm and stock, was concluded
in tho Supremo Court yesterday. Tho enso had occupied Mr. Justico Kennedy for five days. After Mr. McVeagh and Mr. Milne had completed their uddrcsses, His Honor reserved his decision.
