PILOT BREAKS RECORD. TIME 3 HOURS 50 MINUTES. BRISBANE, July 8. The record for a flight from Sydney to Brisbane has been broken by Pilot McCausland. He flew tho distance in a Ryan monoplane in 3 hours 50 minutes. The distance by air is 550 miles.
