REPLACEMENT BY BUSES
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'. J GISBORNE. Monday. The Gisborne tramway service ended this afternoon.
The few remaining trams were escorted on the last run by a fleet of motor-buses, one being driven by tho Mayor.
