I am certain that woman's entire outlook has been largely influenced by the advent of tho " bob " and tho " shingle." Tho strained look peculiar to the pulling of short hairs and bruising of- hairpins need no longor spoil n day's outing, writes a correspondent. Tho cool lightness of tho modern coiffure adds to health and happiness n'nd (lie hairdressers, with their skilled " permanent " wave, can give tho traveller further freedom. Wo liavo nothing to hide in the shape of fringes and falso hair and transformations.
