BICYCLES AT NIGHT.
Sir, —Re reflectors on bicycles, I notice a correspondent suggests that- a v/hita background should be put behind tire red reflector. While this would be helpful, I think that the only satisfactory solution is to have A proper light at the back, the same as all other vehicles are required to carry. A bicycle is the hardest of all vehicles to detect on the road, and it is more necessary for them to carry, a light than any other vehicle. I .trust the A.A.A. will use its best endeavours to urge the Government to make this a bylaw. Motorist.
