PETITION IN DIVORCE.
DECREE NISI GRANTED.

A decree nisi was granted to Archibald Grubb Drummond in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day, in connection with his petition for the dissolution of his marriage with Mary Jane Drummond.
Petitioner said he was married in 1899, and lived at Dunedin and Invercargill. There were six children. A deed of separation was entered into in 1924 and they had not lived together since.
