CHINESE PILOT'S FEAT.
END OF LONG FLIGHT. AMOY REACHED FROM CROYDON. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. SHANGHAI, May 13. Captain Chen Wen-lin has arrived at Amoy. He has piloted an Avro-Avian two-engined aeroplane in a flight from England. A tumultuous welcome was accorded the aviator on the occasion of the greatest long-distance flight by a Chinese.
The flight from Croydon occupied two months.
