WARNING BY A DOCTOR. DEATHS FROM HEART FAILURE. (Received May It. 9.5 p.m.) United Service. LONDON. May 13. Dr. Spreat, health officer at Burnet, has issued a report on the large number of deaths due to heart failure. He says the noises on modern roads are most harmful to sufferers from gout and heart trouble. They need iron nerves, says the doctor, to endure the noise of pneumatic drills and screeching brakes of buses and trains.
