DISAGREEMENT OF JURY. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received May 9, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 8. The jury disagreed in the case in which Hayley Morris sued tho Governors of Portsmouth and Peutonville Prisons for damages for alleged wrongful imprisonment. Morris was sentenced to imprisonment for three years for indecency, and alleged that whereas he should have been released on July 20, 1928, he was actually released on July 21.
