Mr, —Now that the tram loans liavo been carried the opportunity has come lo cio away with unemployment. Instead of starting on tlio extensions separately. Jot all the lines be started simultaneously and get tho tracks excavated and ready by the time tho rails come to hand. By doing all the extensions simultaneously .nil hands will bo busy, and when the slump fever has become normal our conditions will become normal, and all other trades become busy. If we want a change and all unemployment banished let all the extensions start at wsce. Sorod.
