AGENTS OF MOSCOW.
TWO ARRESTS IN PARIS. RUSSIAN'S SECRET ORDERS. (Received May 1, 11.35 p.m.) United Service. PARIS, April 30. The French police to-day arrested a Russian secret agent named Bespaloff who was living in Paris. The man had claimed to be arranging for the repatriation of Russiau " exiles." Bespaloff was found to be in possession of orders from Moscow instructing him to take command of the Communist demonstrations on May Day which have been planned for weeks past. The French secretary of the Communist Trades Union Federation, Dudillieux, who had been collaborating with Bespaloff, was also arrested.
