MAY DAY DANCE.
To celebrate the first of May a dance was held at the boating clubhouse at Bayswater last evening. Many dancers were present and the music played by the Ritis Orchestra was very popular. The unique decorations of the hail made an attractive setting for the many pretty frocks which were to be seen. In the supper room bowls of blue and gold flowers, the club's colours, decorated the tables. _ The ladies of the committee were: Mrs. Lidgard, Mrs. Inkster, Mrs. Gyde, Mrs. C. Blackwell, Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. McKay, Mrs. Waddell, Mrs. Peters. Mrs. N. Smith, Mrs. Deacon, Mrs. Williamson, Miss V. Bowen. Miss Pickworth, Miss Hurfit.,
