AMALGAMATION REJECTED.
NORTHERN DAIRY COMPANIES [by teleoraph.—own correspondent.] DARGAVILLE, Wednesday. Negotiations between the directors of tho Northern Wairoa Dairy Company and tho Ruavvai Dairy Company, with a view to amalgamation, have been in progress for somo time, Tho directors of both companies decided to leavo the question to their suppliers. At a meeting of Ruawai suppliers yesterday the proposal for amalgamation was unanimously rejected.
