QUESTIONS TO CANDIDATES. NO REPLIES TO BE GIVEN. Australian and N.Z. Press Association, LONDON, April 29. A' shock has been given to national campaigning bodies, such as tho temperance party, by an agreement between the headquarters of the Conservatives, Labour Party and Liberals to instruct their candidates not to answer questionnaires from outside their own constituencies, nor to receive deputations except from their own electors.
