CAR DRIVER EXONERATED. [J3Y TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TIHARU, Tuesday. In the Supremo Court to-day Percy Wcslaway, a farmer, wvas found not guilty on a charge of negligently driving a motor-car and thereby causing tho death of a young man on tho Pleasant Point Road on February 25.
