Arrangements Were being finalised to sell a strip of church land facing Great South Road, and it was intended to set aside tho proceeds as an endowment for church purposes. Panmure, where it. was found i ''ntcessary to spend £SOO more than was ''fit first anticipated.- The year's income :was stated by the vicar to be about .oqual to that for .last year, .although building operations connected ...with the new church had effected the finances. >•" 'Tho following were elected to the ■vestry:—Messrs Pitkethley," Todd, Hal!.
