PLOTS IN PORTUGAL.
ARREST OF EX-PREMIER.
' ACTION OF GOVERNMENT. LONDON, April 20. Another revolutionary plot in Portugal has been forestalled by the Government by the arrest of Signor Silva, an exPremier, says the Lisbon correspondent of the Times.
Silva is chairman of the Right section of the Republican-Democrat Party, which is alleged to have organised th? plot in combination with Royalist groups. The police are actively searching for another ex-Premier, Senor Pereira, while the Government communiques report that the situation is in hand.
