CAMPAIGN AGAINST VICES. PRESIDENT GIVES LEAD. MEXICO CITY. April 20. ■ Having practically disposed of tho revolution, tho President, Scnor Portes Gil, has turned his attention to tho fight against national vice and intemperance. " Wo cannot dignify tho homes and labourers of Mexico while alcoholism undermines the physical and moral forces of our men, destroys our family life, arid leaves degenerate children," said the President, who extended a special invitation to Mexican women to join in the light to avert national disaster.
