THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
The Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, and l ady Alice I\ergusson attended the opening meet of the'Pakuranga Hunt Club on Saturday. This evening His Excellency will be present at the annual meeting of the Auckland branch of the Navy League. Their Excellencies will leave to-morrow for a fortnight's fishing trip on the Tongariro River.
